TASUED SENIOR STAFF CO-OP SOCIETY DONATES HOSPITAL EQUIPMENT TO HEALTH CENTRE

Hospital equipment worth over a million naira was recently donated to the University Health Centre by the Senior Staff Cooperative Multi-Purpose Society Limited. Receiving the equipment on behalf of the University, the Vice Chancellor, Professor Olukayode Oyesiku expressed deep appreciation to the Society for the kind gestures which is aimed at ensuring adequate health care services for the University Community. He noted that the University Management will continue to appreciate the Society for their immense contributions towards the growth of the university and service to humanity.

Speaking at the ceremony, the President of the Society, Mr. Anthony Okunowo said the cooperative society would not rest on its oars in ensuring that quality service is given to its members at all times while the university would continue to benefit from the Society. He further noted that the Society’s donations of beddings, Air conditioners, Refrigerators and other clinical equipment to staff male and female wards in the University Health Centre shall mark the beginning of their contributions to health care services in the country.
